crystals can be wonderful tool, like many others. they have long history, too: ever since people find gems, they find meaning within. wear these for luck, these for beauty, these for power.but things now little different - every crystal have some deep meaning, they resonate and heal, they hold your love, energy, and intent.
people make list after list: crystals you need! crystals that aid sleep! crystals that cure you!
and this where want people step back and take breath. no, if crystals not interest you, not need use. no, if you have none, not need use. no, if think silly, not need use.

but before start... why want? what purpose will crystals serve in practise? what do you plan for them, and what feel possible or not?

not all crystals safe in water. some break down only in salt water, but some break down in any. some may leech toxic minerals, and some will rust.frankly feel that even with water safe crystals, better to not drink that water - hard know what dirts or minerals could really be in there.
